We supply cashew kernels in the standard international grades (W180, W240 and W320): whole, white, unblemished kernels with controlled moisture. Broken grades (LWP and SWP) are available for industrial and bakery use.
Our cashews come vacuum-packed with gas flushing so freshness and colour hold until the point of use.
